For the past 28 years, Bill has been guiding his clients through the mortgage process gaining a reputation with clients and real estate professionals for keeping them informed, setting realistic expectations and successfully helping them close loans on terms that are best for them. Many say that he is a great coach in a business that sometimes can be confusing. He excels with “first time home buyers” because of his experience and willingness to answer questions. His guiding values are doing what is best for the client and providing the most positive customer experience possible. Willing to take on programs such as the FHA 203K, Conventional Purchase Plus Repair Programs, Reverse and Reverse Purchase programs even though they are more work, when it is needed to meet his clients home purchase needs. Many mortgage lenders do not have the experience, patience or willingness to work with the more difficult and involved loan programs that can be of great value to some home buyers. Married, Bill has three grown children and five grandchildren on which he is always willing to brag, if asked. Along with his professional career, he is a servant leader in his Church, the Richardson Kiwanis Club and the Richardson Texas Chamber of Commerce mentoring to develop young leaders, building wheelchair ramps for those in need and feeding the hungry. He continues his lifelong love of sports working as a high school baseball umpire. Bill has Bachelors of Science degrees in Chemical Engineering and Business as well as an MBA.
